Hi, I'm Holly, founder of Unburden Business Support.

I know what it's like to wear multiple hats and juggle the countless responsibilities that come with running a business. Behind every successful business is someone trying to answer emails, manage schedules, stay organized, market their services, and somehow still find time to focus on growth. That's where I come in.

I created Unburden Business Support with one simple mission: to help business owners reclaim their time so they can get back to doing what they love.

With more than 17 years of experience in customer service, business operations, administration, branding, and marketing, I've built my career around helping businesses run more efficiently while creating exceptional experiences for their customers.

After graduating from Willoughby Technical School in 2004 with a focus in Interactive Media, I continued my education at Lakeland Community College, earning an Associate Degree in Business/Graphic Design in 2013.

My professional journey began at Pet Supplies Plus, where I spent 12 years developing strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills while serving as an Animal Department Manager, Shift Manager, and Customer Service Specialist.

I later joined Performance Automotive as Office Manager and Service Writer, where I discovered my passion for helping a business grow beyond daily operations. In addition to managing administrative responsibilities, I developed the company's branding, designed its logo and website, created marketing materials and apparel, managed social media, and helped establish a professional brand identity. During my five years there, I contributed to consistent year-over-year growth leading up to the successful sale of the business in 2025.

Those experiences taught me something important: business owners shouldn't have to do everything themselves.

Today, I partner with entrepreneurs and small businesses by providing dependable administrative support, social media management, and graphic design services that keep businesses organized, professional, and moving forward.
